Sarah Schneeweis is a nationally recognized dance educator, choreographer, judge, creative director, and talent developer with more than two decades of experience across the professional, collegiate, high school, studio, and competitive dance industries.

She currently serves as Head Coach and Choreographer for the Kings Dancers and Manager of Performance Teams for the Sacramento Kings, where she leads elite performers, develops talent, and helps produce high-level NBA entertainment. Sarah has also choreographed, directed, and creatively supported NBA entertainment initiatives on an international level, recently directing dancers and live entertainment experiences for NBA events in India, Brazil, and Australia, including the NBA Fashion Show in Melbourne.

Sarah is the founder of HYPE Dance Studio in California, a nationally recognized studio established in 2003 and named one of the Top 50 Studios in the United States by Dance Spirit Magazine. Through HYPE and the award-winning Fusion Dance Company, Sarah has developed dancers who have gone on to perform on college dance teams, professional sports teams, concert stages, commercial projects, and throughout the entertainment industry.

Sarah is also the owner of Timeout Entertainment, a talent and entertainment company providing professional dancers, performers, and customized entertainment experiences for sports, corporate, and live events. Through Timeout Entertainment, Sarah combines her background in professional sports, casting, choreography, talent development, and live production to connect trained performers with high-level entertainment opportunities.

Her career includes work as a former professional dancer and choreographer for the NBA Golden State Warriors Dance Team, as well as choreography for the NBA Sacramento Kings, NFL Indianapolis Colts, Arizona State University, University of Wisconsin–Madison, Southeastern Louisiana State University, and many other nationally ranked college and high school dance teams.

Sarah is a longtime educator with UDA and Varsity Spirit and a veteran judge for prestigious national and international events including UDA College Dance Team Nationals, UDA National Dance Team Championship, USASF Dance Worlds, ICU World Championships, KAOS, and more.

Sarah’s work sits at the intersection of talent development, creative direction, and real-world industry preparation. She is passionate about helping dancers understand what it takes to move from training to opportunity, and she is known for her direct, thoughtful, and deeply invested approach to coaching, judging, and mentoring the next generation of dancers.
