On Friday, June 19, 2026, Mini, Junior, Teen, and Senior dancers will step into Industry Auditions at THE ONE Nationals, showcasing their skills for Talent Agencies, Pro Sports Teams, and College Dance Teams — the very industry leaders looking for the next generation of standout talent.

Led by a working industry artist, this session delivers the intensity, focus, and excitement of a real professional audition, giving dancers a firsthand glimpse of what comes beyond the convention stage.

THE CALLBACK

Teen and Senior dancers selected for callbacks will take the stage in focused audition sessions designed to connect them directly with the professionals shaping the dance industry.

Callbacks are divided into three categories:

Talent Agencies

Pro Sports Teams

College Dance Teams

On Friday, June 19, 2026, dancers must submit their callback slip to the Information Desk before the halfway point of lunch to confirm their chosen category, room assignment, and attendance. Each session concludes by 2:30 PM, giving dancers time to reset and prepare for ENKOR at 4:00 PM.
